| What our training methods will do for you! |
Our training program is not for everyone. You must convince us that you are dedicated to becoming the absolute best and accomplishing the goals you set before you begin your training with us. We purposely limit our training to individual or small group sessions so that you get the proper attention you need to get the most out of your program.
We are not a mega-facility with indoor astro-turf or running tracks and you will never feel like a "number" training in a large group of athletes with completely different goals from your own. Scott is a professional trainer from Atlanta, GA. He is the President and Owner of Extreme Conditioning & Fitness sport and fitness training, and the Atlanta Barbell & Kettlebell Club and specializes in the development of strength training and conditioning programs for athletes.
He has been fortunate to work with athletes of all levels, from high school to professional, representing the following sports: football, tennis, wrestling, baseball, powerlifting, bodybuilding, lacrosse, hockey, basketball, climbing, adventure racing and martial arts. In addition Scott works with law enforcement and fire fighters to implement the optimal strength training and conditioning methods to fully prepare for the demanding nature of their jobs.
Scott is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In addition Scott is a World Kettlebell Club Master Trainer under head coach, world champion, world record holder and honored master of sport, Valery Fedorenko. This allows Scott the ability to license/certify prospective kettlebell fitness trainers in the methods of the World Kettlebell Club (WKC).
While a strong academic background is important, Scott tries to balance research with real world experience in the hopes of providing the best possible strength training and conditioning programs to his athletes and clients. He doesn’t subscribe to any particular method, but rather approaches all training methods with an open mind extracting useful information while continuously evolving his program.
Scott is a powerlifter, martial artist, and enjoys stone lifting and kettlebell lifting as well. In addition to being a published author, Scott has spoken at numerous strength and conditioning clinics as well as colleges and universities on various topics related to the field of strength training and conditioning.
Scott would like to extend a very special thanks to his colleagues in the strength and conditioning industry, his family, friends and clients for all their support and most importantly his wife Lisa for all her help and putting up with his late nights and early mornings in this demanding industry!

Rob is a Strength and Conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry as a personal, group, and team trainer. His unique, results-driven approach to training has served to help hundreds of athletes maximize their performance and realize their athletic potential by focusing on the achievement of substantial gains in strength, flexibility, speed, agility and quickness (SAQ). Rob has worked with individuals from a vast array of sports and athletic disciplines including, but not limited to, football, wrestling, lacrosse, MMA, basketball, and baseball. He believes that consistency, intensity, and, of course, toughness are the keys to getting bigger, faster, and stronger and seeks to instill this in all the athletes with whom he works.

Steven Mosley has over two decades of law enforcement experience. He currently serves as the Director of Training for Force One Readiness and the Georgia Tactical Officers Association. Prior to his current position, Steven served for 5 years with the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department in Lawrenceville, Georgia where he held the positions of Training Director, Operations Captain and Special Emergency Response Team Commander. He has an additional ten years experience in corrections and law enforcement in both the states of Georgia and Florida.
He has been involved in firearms and defensive tactics instruction for over 20 years. Steven is a graduate of some the top shooting schools in the United States: Thunder Ranch, Heckler & Koch, Smith & Wesson, Offshoots, Rogers Shooting School, Glock, FLETC, FBI and NRA. He is certified by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as a Law Enforcement, Arrest & Control/Defensive Tactics and Firearms Instructor. Steven is a Pressure Point Control Tactics (PPCT) Instructor-Trainer in Defensive Tactics, Tactical CQC, Aircraft Countermeasures, Ground Avoidance & Ground Escape (GAGE) and Spontaneous Knife Defense. In addition to work-related experience, Steven has over 20 years experience in martial arts and holds a first-degree black belt in Chinese Kenpo Karate, Filipino Kali and is a Senior Instructor under the British Combat Association. He is an Apprentice Instructor under Sifu Paul Vunak's Progressive Fighting Systems and Associate Instructor under Sifu Billy Jack Rucks' One Source Progressive Fighting. Steven is also an Apprentice Instructor in Filipino Martial Arts & Jun Fan Gung Fu under Guro Dan Inosanto. Within the fitness arena, Steven’s accomplishments include USA Weightlifting Club Coach and a Physical Fitness Coordinator for the Federal Government. He is also a certified American Kettlebell Lifting Coach, a Crossfit© Level One Trainer and an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Steven is certified through the Battling Ropes Training System as a Head Coach. He is also a certified Warrior Diet/CFT Level Two Instructor.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia and is participating in graduate courses at Columbia Southern University.

Holly's progression towards training followed a crooked path that began with martial arts seven years ago. Her favorite discipline, and what drew her back to this arena after ten years, is Muay Thai. In addition to kickboxing, she has explored and trained in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jun Fan and Filipino Kali as well as the concepts/philosophy of Jeet Kune Do. Through countless hours of training and sweating, she has continually tested her own limits of physical capacity and mental tenacity. Having received much advice and direction over the years, the one piece of wisdom that sticks with her came from one of her many mentors: "We should all be striving to move with efficiency and grace." Holly is currently certified under the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She has been involved in teaching martial arts, assisting with self-defense classes and is a co-founder of the up-and-coming Gutterfighters Gym USA. She is working towards her instructor certification under the Thai Boxing Association. In addition to personal training, she co-coaches fitness boot camp class in Atlanta.
Holly loves mixing things up and using a wide variety of methods and implements to keep training interesting and challenging. She particularly enjoys kettlebell lifting.
